No response from an email I sent regarding help with fitting. The instructions were basic. I had to really force it to fit it to the point where I thought I was going to break it.

Our yum box is good, but delivery despite promises of 48hr delivery was five working days, 7 if you count the weekend.

I'm sorry to hear deliver took longer than expected, I've taken a look at the tracking and although we shipped the next working day, it does seem that there was a delay at Royal Mail's end. The vast majority of our orders arrive within 2-5 days, I'm very sorry this didn't happen on this occasion.

All my grandchildren have one of these in different colours. They are ideal for picnics and visits and the different sections mean they can have a variety of foods, including yoghurt. They work well.
